US orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from your order date. Due to high demand, processing can sometimes take a little longer — if that happens, we'll notify you by email. Your board ships from our New Jersey warehouse via FedEx or USPS.

You'll get a tracking email within 24–48 hours of your order shipping. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you don't see tracking — or if your tracking shows no movement for 5+ days — email support@myslavko.com with your order number and we'll check on it.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, remote islands, Canada, or internationally — but we hope to expand soon. We also can't ship to PO boxes because of the size and weight of the board.

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email support@myslavko.com with your order number and we'll update the address or do our best to expedite for a specific gift date.

Your card is charged at checkout so we can prepare and ship your order. You'll see tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Two sizes:

  • 1500-piece board — fits puzzles up to 1,500 pieces (surface 26" × 35"), about 17 lb
  • 2000-piece board — fits puzzles up to 2,000 pieces (larger surface), about 20 lb

Solid wood — the main board is pine wood, and the adjustable support stand is beech wood. The surface has a professional felt finish that grips puzzle pieces so they don't slide when you tilt or rotate the board. No plastic, no particle board.

Every board includes:

  • 3 tilt levels for back and neck comfort

Heads up when unboxing: the drawer knobs and any small hardware are packed inside the drawers. Open each drawer first before assuming anything is missing.

Yes — it makes a great gift. If you'd like, you can also ship it directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.

First, please check with neighbors, your building, or the carrier — packages sometimes show as delivered a day before they arrive. If after 24 hours you still don't have it, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.

The Premium Puzzle Collection and bundle add-ons ship separately from the main board — sometimes the puzzle set arrives first, sometimes the board arrives first. If one part hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the other, please email us.

If you think parts of the board itself are missing — check inside the drawers first. The drawer knobs and any small hardware are packed inside the drawers for safe shipping.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your board for any reason — including changing your mind — email support@myslavko.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Email support@myslavko.com with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning. If your board is damaged, please include photos of both the damage and the shipping label. We'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear in 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@myslavko.com with your order number and we'll cancel, refund, or update your order. Once it ships, we can't change it.

Either enter your code at checkout in the "Discount code" field (just below your cart items), or click the discount link directly from the email you received and the discount will apply automatically. If your code isn't working, email support@myslavko.com with the code and your cart.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure payment system — we never see or store your card information.

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we'll replace or refund it without delay.

To remove it, go to your cart — you'll see an option to proceed without Shipping Protection. Just toggle it off, or click the trash icon next to the Shipping Protection line.
