Return & Refund Policy

MySlavko products are produced in small production batches and sold
on a pre-order basis. A production run begins after orders are
placed, which is why delivery takes longer than for in-stock goods.

1. Cancellation within 24 hours
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of placing
it, for a full refund to your original payment method. Email
support@myslavko.com with your order number to cancel.

2. After the 24-hour window
Once your order has entered the current production batch (typically
within 24 hours of order placement), it can no longer be cancelled
or modified by the buyer, except as described in sections 3-5 below.

3. Right to a refund if your order has not shipped within 60 days
Our published production window is 2-4 weeks under normal conditions
and up to 6-8 weeks during high-demand periods. If your order has
not shipped within 60 days of order placement, you may request a
full refund regardless of production status. We will issue this
refund within 7 business days of your request.

4. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you receive your product and decide within 90 days of delivery
that it is not right for you, contact us at support@myslavko.com.
We will arrange a return for a refund of the product price. Return
shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was
defective. The item must be returned in original condition.

5. Defective or damaged on arrival
If your item arrives defective or damaged, email
support@myslavko.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or, at your preference, a full
refund. No physical return is required.

6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within
5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for
change-of-mind returns, and are refunded in full for defective or
undelivered items.
