Shipping Policy

MySlavko products are produced in small production batches and sold
on a pre-order basis. A production run begins after orders are
placed. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what
to expect.
1. Shipping Methods and Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders
within the United States.
- Shipping Providers: We use trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS,
and FedEx, to deliver your orders.
2. Production & Processing Time (Pre-Order)
- Standard production time: 2-4 weeks from your order date.
- During high-demand periods, production may take up to 6-8 weeks.
- Orders may be cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of
placement (see our Return & Refund Policy). Once your order has
entered the current production batch, it can no longer be
cancelled or modified, except as described in our Return & Refund
Policy.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are added to the production
batch the next business day.
- You will receive an email when your order enters production, and
a confirmation email with tracking information the moment it
ships.
3. Delivery Times
- After your order ships from our US fulfilment center, domestic
delivery typically takes 5-14 business days, depending on your
location.
- This means total time from order to delivery is typically 3-6
weeks, and up to 10 weeks during peak demand. The same timeline
is shown on every product page before you order, and in your
order confirmation email.
- If your order has not shipped within 60 days of placement, you
are entitled to a full refund on request (see our Return & Refund
Policy).
4. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a valid and complete shipping
address at checkout. Missing or incorrect information may cause
delays or additional fees. If you notice an error, contact us as
soon as possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Certain remote regions may be subject to additional fees or delays.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number to follow your shipment directly with the carrier.
You can also check your order status anytime via the "View your
order" link in your confirmation email.
7. Order Issues
- Delayed or Missing Shipments: If you believe your shipment is
delayed or lost, contact us at support@myslavko.com. We will
investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a
replacement or a refund.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within
14 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free
replacement or a refund.
8. Replacement Shipments
Replacement products for defective or damaged orders are shipped
free of charge. As replacements come from our production batches,
they are subject to the same production and delivery timeframes
described above.
